What You’ll Do

  • Own primary & secondary metallic/composite structure through concept, sizing, FEM, and certification.
  • Develop weight forecasts and growth tracking dashboards.
  • Drive design-for-manufacture with supply-chain and manufacturing engineers.

 

What You Bring

  • B.S. or M.S. in Aero/Mech or similar; >7 yrs in aircraft structures.
  • NASTRAN/PATRAN or HyperWorks mastery; composites lay-up & bonding know-how.
  • Proven record meeting aggressive weight & cost targets in startup-speed programs.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience certifying Part 23/25 or MIL-HDBK-516C air vehicle structures

Base Salary: $155,000 to 235,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
