Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Services - Delivery Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of integration, Master Data Management (MDM), and data analysis projects for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to oversee teams, advise on complex projects, and nurture partnerships with key Data Services software providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery and Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration, MDM, and data analysis projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Organize, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of technical professionals across multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as a senior advisor on complex client engagements, providing technical guidance and strategic insight to solve critical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and align project goals to deliver impactful solutions.
- Team and Resource Management
- Build and manage high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively to balance workload and maximize efficiency across projects.
- Support professional development and growth opportunities for team members through mentorship and coaching.
- Client and Partner Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for project delivery and strategic discussions.
- Develop and enhance partnership channels with leading Data Services software companies, such as Boomi, Informatica, and MuleSoft, to strengthen our capabilities and expand service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling solutions to existing clients and partners.
- Strategic Contributions
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for integration, MDM, and data services delivery.
- Support organizational growth by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the data services space.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical delivery capabilities with company goals and market demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in delivering data integration, MDM, or data analysis projects, including 3+ years in a leadership or delivery management role.
- Strong technical expertise in integration tools (e.g., Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft) and MDM platforms.
- Proven experience in managing and leading diverse teams across multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience building and managing partnerships with technology vendors and software providers.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft) or MDM platforms.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Background in business development or pre-sales activities.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $170,000 - $210,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
