Job Description
The Data Services Configurator will be working with a full team of Attain Partners specialists focused on configuration development for enterprise data solution. We are looking for individuals who are organized, able to work in a team environment.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Services Configurator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling clients to leverage the full potential of their data assets. You will be responsible for conducting business analysis, performing data discovery, and implementing integration and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using leading iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) and MDM tools. This individual must have a willingness to want to learn as Attain Partners will be training them in multiple tools in the Enterprise Information Management space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to understand client requirements and identify data-related challenges and opportunities.
- Perform data discovery and profiling to assess data quality, identify patterns, and provide insights.
- Design and build integration solutions using iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Informatica, or MuleSoft to facilitate seamless data flow across systems and applications.
- Develop and implement MDM solutions using tools like Informatica MDM or Boomi MDH to ensure accurate and consistent master data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical teams and business users, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data integration, MDM, and analytics.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Design, develop and validate integrations between applications across cloud and on-premises systems.
- Gather requirements from end users and document in a pre-defined format for the development team to build solutions.
- Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support.
- Translate business requirements into a detailed technical specification to meet business goals.
- Ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives.
- Work within a team to follow best practices in services development and integration of applications.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Work with data to discovery patterns, inconsistencies and ways to functionally correct issues.
- Acquire data from various data sources for analysis
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Report and track defects and work closely with Developers in defect resolution.
Qualifications
- Must be organized, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, work ethic, punctual, reliable with a desire to excel.
- Willingness to travel to see clients
- Skilled in SQL
- 2-4 Years Developing/Configuring:
- Integration iPaaS tool
- Or MDM Tool
- Multiple years of performing data discovery / data analysis.
- Willingness to learn to configure within tools.
- Technical Background is a plus
Education
- B.S. degree or equivalent from a 4-year program
- MIS/CS/IT other Technology Related Major

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $95,000 - $130,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
