Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Boomi Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Boomi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrating systems, especially with Salesforce, ensuring data consistency, and optimizing performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Salesforce Integration: Develop and manage complex integrations with Salesforce, including data synchronization and API management.
  • API Development: Build RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation rules to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement enhancements for improved performance.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for integration and development.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform.
  • Proven experience integrating Boomi with Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows, and API integrations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere, Process Builder, and API Management.
    • Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
    • Knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, and data transformation.
    • Familiarity with XML, JSON, and SQL for data processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Professional services / consulting experience
  • Experience serving clients within Higher Education or Nonprofit industries
  • Certifications: Boomi Developer Certification and/or Salesforce certifications.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Knowledges of the EDI Solution
  • Certification in DataHub

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging between $115,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
