Job Description

Attain Partners is seeking a Capability Leader to join our team to support the growth of our higher education and non-profit ERP advisory services offerings within Attain Digital. This individual will lead the ERP Advisory Practice, building the development of a an ERP capability within the practice with the ultimate objective of delivering a robust suite of ERP capabilities across a variety of technology platforms, such as Oracle, Ellucian, and Workday. This individual provides the strategic vision for one of our fastest growing service areas. The individual will work to build and scale this capability, in a bold, fast-moving, transparent and values-led organization to enable customer and company success. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership and business acumen to create data-driven strategies that fuel growth, optimize processes, and unlock value for our clients. The ultimate goal for this position is to build a book of business that materially contributes to the growth of the firm.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the ERP services portfolio, aligning with Attain Digital's overall objectives.
  • Build and lead a team of professionals, including ERP program and change managers, functional leads (HCM/FIN/Student), and analysts, to deliver timely execution of client deliverables, and provide quality assurance reviews.
  • Work with existing team members within the ERP capability to develop a framework and approach for a standardized delivery methodologies for ERP readiness, IV&V, program and change management, and staff augmentation support.
  • Serve as a go-to-market leader, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making within the firm and with clients.
  • Partner with our other market leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging our ERP services to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of ERP delivery, including ERP readiness, IV&V, program and change management, and staff augmentation support.
  • Stay abreast of emerging ERP trends and insights to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop new service offerings and frameworks to address evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand the client base and grow the data services line of business.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for ERP services.
  • Optimize team workflows, resource allocation, and project management processes.
  • Monitor and manage accountability to performance metrics that measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead business development activities which will range from attending conferences, writing proposals, publishing thought leadership, and speaking at industry events.
  • Manage financial health and performance of practice
  • Drive (lead) business growth of the group (both a hunter and farmer) – seasoned in creating go-to-market strategy, business development efforts, account planning, and proposal development
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the way we collectively deliver PMO, CM, and BPR work on technology projects (create framework to improve delivery and cohesive collaboration across workstreams)
  • Ensuring we have the right teams in place to deliver scopes of work
  • Work with service line leads to create standardization of delivery methodology (tools, templates, etc.)
  • Mentoring and growing team members
  • Scope key activities and level of effort based on client needs and ensure we have the right resources in place to deliver scopes of work for all projects
  • Serve as project director and customer relationship manager on projects

 

 Required Skills

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in in higher education, non-profit and ERP technology transformation
  • Seasoned expert in overseeing large scale enterprise technology projects (specifically ERP [Workday/Oracle], and other relevant applications and integrations
    • Must be able to provide insight into delivering CM, PMO and BPR work on technology projects
  • Desired - Strong network of relationships in higher education/non-profit to fuel growth.
  • Proficiency in data governance, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, etc.) and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong literacy of business and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex transformations into actionable business insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and business growth.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $215,000 - $260,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
