Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the successful delivery of data migration and system integration projects. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating technical deliverables, ensuring data quality, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of integration and migration workstreams across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in ETL/data integration tools, cloud platforms, and data governance, along with excellent client engagement and project management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Own the delivery of data migration and integration workstreams from planning through deployment.
- Drive execution across all stages: requirements, solution design, mapping/specs, build, testing, and go-live.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and client expectations.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, resource allocation, and technical blockers.
- Migration & Integration Execution
- Oversee migration of data from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ERP).
- Lead design and execution of APIs, batch integrations, and real-time data flows using platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or Azure Integration Services.
- Coordinate source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure robust data validation, error handling, logging, and rollback procedures.
- Team & Client Management
- Manage cross-functional technical teams including developers, data analysts, QA, and integration specialists.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding technical delivery status and issues.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for technical delivery teams.
- Guide junior team members and promote adherence to best practices.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex data migration and integration initiatives.
- 3+ years in a Technical Delivery Manager or Integration Lead role.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, ETL processes, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with one or more iPaaS or ETL tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern APIs (REST, SOAP), messaging queues, and error-handling frameworks.
- Experience with data warehousing, system cutovers, and reconciliation testing.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
Desired Skills
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
- Exposure to Data Governance and MDM tools and methodologies.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $110,000- $160,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
