Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Boomi Lead to join our team and drive the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions. This individual will play a key role in leading integration initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring seamless connectivity across critical business systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Boomi integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and refine requirements for integration build tasks.
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration workflows between Boomi, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and performance optimization across integrations.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices to junior developers and project teams.
- Collaborate with Salesforce teams to support CRM configuration, data flows, and integration enablement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring stability and scalability of deployed solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi (MDH, Atomsphere, and core integration components).
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including configuration and integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, mapping, and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience leading integration build efforts in cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for integration design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with other enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouses).
- Knowledge of API management, REST/SOAP services, and middleware patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- SFDC Advancement Data Modeling Higher Education Background
- Boomi Professional Certification

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $125,000- $140,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
