Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Analyst & Developer to design, build, and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and actionable insights across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines strong analytical skills with hands-on development expertise to translate business requirements into elegant CRMA solutions that drive decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting
- Gather business requirements and convert them into CRMA datasets, lenses, and dashboards.
- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics leveraging Salesforce Einstein/CRMA.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of all analytics assets.
- Development & Integration
- Develop complex SAQL queries and optimize datasets for large data volumes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and integration teams to incorporate data from external systems (e.g., ERP, Data Lake).
- Maintain version control, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to identify KPIs and analytics use cases.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users for self-service analytics.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
- Proficiency in SAQL, JSON, and Dataflow Recipes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects, security model, and data architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Requirement gathering skills
Desired Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and AI/ML use cases
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification (formerly Einstein Analytics).

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $90,000 - $110,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
