Video Production Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the head in design and creation for videoboard elements for both gameday and non-gameday functions.
  • Lead our creative visual operation in bringing the best possible gameday environment to all Baysox fans.
  • Be the head of operations for the videoboard during all Baysox games.
  • Head up operations for the press box including staffing, and cleanliness to make it a great working environment for gameday staff.
  • Work alongside our broadcasters to lead on decisions nightly for the press box as a whole.
  • Be in charge of handling creative graphic needs for the marquee.
  • Work to be a backup for graphics team in any creative design needs they may have.
  • Be a leader in helping create sales materials for group sales and partnerships departments.
  • Taking part in community outreach events and efforts throughout the year including but not limited to mascot appearances, festivals, parades, civic organizations, etc.  
  • Helps make the game day experience as FUN as possible for all fans.
  • Work all Baysox home games and stadium events.
  • Bring a great team-first attitude to the workplace in collaborating with colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

 

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in designing and creating video elements for videoboards and other visual displays.
  • Knowledge of videoboard operations and gameday production technology.
  • Ability to create dynamic and engaging graphics for videoboards, marquees, and sales materials.
  • Familiarity with video and broadcast technology.
  • Understanding of creative software tools used in graphic design and video production.
