Ticket Sales Account Manager

Job Description
The Frederick Keys are a founding member of the newly organized MLB Draft League. Frederick is a market of 290,000+ people that sits about 45 min from both Baltimore and Washington D.C. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as the operation moves forward with the ownership of Attain Sports and Entertainment, also the parent company of the Baltimore Orioles Double A-Affiliate Bowie Baysox and Single A-Affiliate Aberdeen Ironbirds.
Job Responsibilities
- Instill the following into the fabric of our staff culture and overall stadium operations – communication, pro-activeness, urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism.
- Spearhead and work closely with other departments and staff to improvement of the overall Stadium Appearance and Fan Experience.
- Create, Market and Sell new ticket plans and group options.
- Coordinate group outings for clients.
- Produce high levels of sales for all tickets/hospitality tickets to include: season, mini, flex packs, groups, picnics, club, skyboxes, birthdays, Nymeo money, food vouchers and fundraisers.
- Contribute to the creation, development and implementation of new forms of ticket sales inventory.
- Research new business and maintain a predetermined number of sales calls per day.
- Increase ticket usage.
- Increase new sales and lead generation through cold calling.
- Fulfill individual sales goal as set by Group Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Contribute to the development of client incentive and service plans for the highest level of satisfaction.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales nights with the Marketing department.
- Oversee and maintain individual client base.
- Contribute to the production of interesting and enticing theme nights for hospitality areas.
- All other duties assigned by Group Sales Manager and General Manager.
Preferred Experience
- Degree from 4-year program
- Experience in a sports or sales environment
- Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated
- Individual must be able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives
