Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.

 

 

The Senior Manager, Marketing leads the strategy and execution of integrated marketing, content, community engagement, and game-day experiences to drive fan engagement, attendance, and revenue for the organization. This role oversees digital platforms, creative and broadcast production, community outreach, promotions, and marquee events, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality execution, and alignment with MiLB standards. The Senior Manager is also responsible for budget planning, oversight, and execution, working within established budgets while maximizing impact and return across all marketing initiatives.
 
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive editorial and content calendar, in close collaboration with Sales Marketing, across social media, email, web, and digital platforms.
  • Drive creation and distribution of content related to baseball operations, MiLB initiatives, holidays and days of observation, Orioles affiliation, community engagement, podcasts, and league toolkits.
  • Ensure content maximizes reach, engagement, and brand alignment while delivering a consistent, high-quality fan experience.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance using engagement, reach, conversion, ticket sales, and other relevant metrics to continuously improve marketing strategy and execution.
 
Digital Platforms & Website Management
  • Oversee the accuracy, timeliness, and performance of the team website, including news and press releases, media assets and media walls, sponsorship integrations, and campaign and promotional landing pages.
  • Ensure digital platforms adhere to MiLB standards and best practices.
 
Broadcast, Video, & Creative Marketing
  • Provide oversight of broadcast and production operations to ensure compliance with MiLB standards and best practices across camera operations, radio and live feeds, digital streaming, and web presentation. 
  • Lead video strategy and production across both long-form and short-form content, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment.
  • Oversee the design, production, and execution of all baseball creative and print marketing materials, including schedule magnets, pocket schedules, stadium and concourse signage, game-day programs, flyers, and community and reading program materials.
  • Provide strategic oversight for team creative materials, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee press box operations, including staffing, coordination of broadcast personnel and media passes, and day-of-game execution to ensure seamless operations and compliance with league standards.
 
Community Engagement & Outreach
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive community outreach strategy designed to build brand awareness, strengthen community relationships, and support fan engagement. Programs may include sales engagement events, mascot, player, and staff appearances, holiday programs, reading programs, charitable initiatives, and other community outreach opportunities.
  • Lead strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution for marquee events, including Fan Fest, season ticket holder events, batting practice experiences, and other Keys-driven events.
  • Maintain and regularly share a centralized calendar of community events with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage incoming charitable donation requests, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and community impact goals.
  • Manage all logistics related to jersey auctions, including minimum breakeven budgets, online posting, and fulfillment.
 
Game-Day Marketing, Promotions, & In-Game Execution
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all game-day marketing and fan experience initiatives to drive attendance, revenue, and engagement.
  • Own the promotional schedule, including research, development, and execution of themed nights, IP partnerships, and special activations, with leadership approval and in compliance with MiLB guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team on the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of all promotional items in compliance with MiLB and licensee guidelines.
  • Oversee all pre-game, in-game, and post-game execution and production, including video board content and production; ceremonial first pitches; in-game entertainment and run-of-show scripting; concourse activations and fan engagement elements; sponsorship activation and integration; social media amplification tied to live game experiences.
  • Lead all game-day run-of-show meetings with internal stakeholders to align roles, timing, messaging, and execution across departments.
  • Drive enhanced and immersive 360-degree game-day experiences, ensuring consistent storytelling across decor, signage, concourse elements, and themed activations.
  • Collaborate closely with Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Merchandise, Operations, and other departments to align promotional initiatives with attendance, revenue, sponsorship fulfillment, and fan experience goals. Coordinate closely with the clubhouse on marketing- and game-day–related needs, including special event uniforms and related logistics, to ensure timely execution and consistency with promotional and branding initiatives. 
 
Internship Programs
·       Oversee the Marketing and Game Day internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, project assignment and oversight, performance management, mentorship, and overall program development to ensure meaningful intern experiences and strong operational support for the organization. 
·       Oversee the Frederick Keys internship program managers, including position creation, recruitment, onboarding, training, and overall program development to ensure meaningful intern experiences and strong operational support for the organization.
 
Revenue-Generating Programs
  • In coordination with Sales Marketing, lead strategy and execution for key revenue programs, including:
    • Baseball Camps (pricing, dates, amenities, staffing, logistics, merchandise, and ticketing) 
    • 12 Days Programs (packages, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and on-site coordination) 
    • Kids Club and Senior Club (annual offerings in partnership with Sales and Sponsorship to drive membership and participation) (Senior Club to be launched at the Frederick Keys in 2027)

The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission upon achieving set metrics.

Compensation Range

$50,000 - $65,000 USD
