About the Role
Our client is a global leader in event operations, crowd management, and public safety. They support high-profile events worldwide—from Fortune 100 conferences and tech summits to major sporting and entertainment events—delivering secure, seamless, and positive experiences through strategic planning and elite personnel.

Event Operations Contractors will be deployed to support event operations, client coordination, and crowd management across large-scale, high-profile engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between event operations centers, clients, and assigned zone leads.
  • Oversee multiple operational zones ensuring consistency, communication, and accountability.
  • Maintain situational awareness across assigned zones and provide real-time updates to leadership or clients.
  • Proactively identify risks, crowd flow issues, or staffing gaps and escalate appropriately.
  • Lead on-site security or guest service teams, ensuring positive guest experience and compliance with all protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between company leadership and client / production agency representatives.
  • Support guard supervisors and ensure post orders are understood, communicated, and followed.
  • Train and mentor frontline personnel in guest engagement, communication, and access control standards.

Depending on experience, contractors may serve in specialized roles such as:

  • VIP Team: Provide discreet and professional support for executive and VIP movements throughout the event.
  • Quality Control: Oversee, coach, and audit guard staff to ensure compliance with post orders and performance standards.
  • Event Disruption Response Team: Patrol designated risk zones, proactively identify potential disruptions or protests, escalate through proper channels, and assist in de-escalation following established CONOP protocols.
  • Public Safety Liaison: Serve as the communication bridge between law enforcement, EMS, and event leadership to coordinate timely and effective responses.
  • Command Center Dispatch Operator / Ops Center Coordinator: Manage real-time communications, dispatching, and incident tracking across all stakeholders. Provide operational support as needed (e.g., printing post orders, distributing uniforms, procuring team supplies).
  • Entrance Supervisor: Oversee entry points, anticipate crowd flow challenges, and ensure guest safety and a positive arrival experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in one or more of the following:
    • Event or venue security operations
    • Law enforcement, military, or public safety service
    • Event management, staffing leadership, or guest experience roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and radio etiquette.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
  • Strong situational awareness and judgment.
  • Ability to travel and work extended assignments (Real ID/passport required).
