Salesforce Systems Coordinator
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Administration & User Support
- Serve as system administrator for Salesforce and related products.
- Manage users, permissions, profiles, security settings, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
- Provide user support, training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct system audits, prepare for releases, evaluate new features, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate new development requests and enhancements with technical and functional teams.
- System Maintenance & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Support upgrades, testing, integrations, data imports/exports, and data quality efforts.
- Maintain data integrity, backups, and sandbox environments. Manage deployments with appropriate rollback plans.
- Support production releases and occasional after-hours issue resolution.
- Project Support & Collaboration
- Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Collaborate with implementation partners
- Evaluate and support AppExchange and third-party integrations (e.g., Brightspace D2L, SMS, telephony, form builders).
- Contribute to Salesforce governance, strategy, and cross-center user groups.
- Create and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports for marketing, recruiting, admissions, advising, and graduation.
- Provide status updates and maintain task documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification (within 3 months).
- Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in higher education CRM/SIS processes.

Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
