  • Provide hands-on leadership for complex production issues, root-cause analysis, process gaps, integration failures, and performance concerns.
  • Develop solution options, document tradeoffs, and recommend approaches aligned with business objectives, security, control requirements, and long-term supportability.
  • Review functional designs, technical designs, extensions, integrations, data models, and release plans to ensure architectural consistency and quality.

D365 F&O and Business Process Ownership

  • Provide deep leadership across the Order to Cash lifecycle, including customer setup, pricing, sales orders, inventory availability, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, credit processes, and related financial integration.
  • Guide solution design across D365 F&O business processes, with particular strength in supply chain, distribution, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead and support D365 Advanced Warehouse Management and the Warehouse Management mobile app, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, wave processing, work execution, and warehouse controls.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, eCommerce, and Customer Service to simplify processes and improve system adoption, data quality, and operational visibility.
  • Ensure configuration and customizations follow Microsoft best practices and minimize unnecessary technical debt.

Enterprise Architecture and Integration

  • Maintain the target architecture for business systems, including application boundaries, integration patterns, master data ownership, security, and support responsibilities.
  • Provide architectural oversight for integrations among D365 F&O, eCommerce, warehouse, EDI, product information, analytics, financial planning, HR, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Promote out of the box first, supportable integration patterns and appropriate use of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, and related services.
  • Establish standards for solution documentation, environment management, release governance, monitoring, data migration, and production support.

Leadership and Delivery

  • Lead internal team members, implementation partners, consultants, and managed service providers while remaining directly engaged in solution delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as an accountable point of contact for business systems priorities, risks, and decisions.
  • Manage the Business Systems roadmap, demand intake, prioritization, delivery commitments, vendor performance, budget inputs, and operational support.
  • Coach team members, strengthen functional and technical capabilities, and create clear ownership across applications and business processes.
  • Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity, access control, audit, change management, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience delivering and supporting enterprise business applications, including significant hands-on D365 F&O experience.
  • 5+ years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or business systems leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in D365 F&O Order to Cash processes and their integration with inventory, warehouse, transportation, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
  • Strong experience with D365 Advanced Warehouse Management and the Warehouse Management mobile app.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration, batch processing, monitoring, and exception handling.
  • Plus: Ability to read and challenge functional and technical designs, understand extension patterns, and work effectively with X++, Azure, Power Platform, SQL, data entities, and integration technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical solution architecture and lead delivery through implementation and production support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer products, wholesale distribution, retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, or a similarly complex order fulfillment environment.
  • Microsoft certifications related to D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Solution Architecture, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Experience with analytics and data platforms such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience leading application modernization, platform consolidation, or major ERP transformation initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, audit controls, segregation of duties, and change management.

Leadership Profile

  • Hands-on leader who can move comfortably between executive discussions, process design, architecture decisions, and detailed problem solving.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational priorities and challenge requirements constructively.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex technology decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Accountable, collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
  • Committed to scalable solutions, strong documentation, disciplined delivery, and measurable business outcomes.

Success Measures

  • Stable, secure, and well-supported business systems with clear ownership and effective operational controls.
  • Improved reliability and efficiency across Order to Cash, fulfillment, warehouse, and connected business processes.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
