Activation & Optimization – “The Operators and Negotiators”

This team ensures every impression is placed with purpose, grounded in audience insight, and optimized for measurable performance. Your work supports the precision, care, and momentum that keep our clients’ investments moving forward.

In this role, you build the foundational skills of digital investment—learning how campaigns are negotiated, paced, measured, optimized, and analyzed across OTT, CTV, OLV, Audio, and Direct IO partnerships. With curiosity and discipline, you’ll develop credibility in the craft and contribute to the daily operations that power our performance.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support the activation of digital campaigns across OTT, CTV, OLV, Audio, and Direct IO, monitoring pacing, delivery, and performance with accuracy and intention.

Maintain buys within internal systems—including DigiPro—ensuring every update, adjustment, and detail is precise and aligned to client expectations.

Track inventory and surface early insights that help teams adjust, optimize, and deliver against KPIs.

Produce clear, organized weekly reporting that reflects delivery, verification status, performance pacing, and creative execution.

Communicate day-to-day updates with clarity, ensuring Buyers, Supervisors, and internal partners stay aligned and informed.

Build working knowledge of client goals, audience strategies, and measurement tools.

Begin forming vendor relationships that support learning, negotiation readiness, and partnership development.

Partner with Ad Ops, Media Ops, and internal teams to ensure flawless trafficking, QA, and verification workflows.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

0–1+ years of experience in media, marketing, analytics, or related fields; internships welcomed.

Strong mathematical ability and comfort analyzing data, pacing, and delivery metrics.

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to grow technical skill sets.

Clear, organized communication and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay focused in a fast-moving environment.

Curiosity about digital channels—including OTT, CTV, OLV, and Audio—and eagerness to build deep craft expertise.

A collaborative, accountable mindset grounded in accuracy, learning, and team success.

SALARY & COMPENSATION

We believe in transparency and fairness as part of how we show up with care and integrity. The salary range for this role is $50,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health coverage, retirement savings, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development.
