Technology & Analytics – The Builders and Translators

We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.

As part of our Technology & Analytics team, you help architect the systems, insights, and intelligence that power smarter decisions across the agency. The Builders and Translators connect strategy, activation, and performance by transforming raw data into meaningful action. Your work ensures our teams and clients can move with clarity, confidence, and precision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end data integrity across media and advertising clients, helping ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the data that powers decision-making. This role combines deep technical expertise with client partnership, requiring someone who can both solve complex data challenges and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with teams across Media, Account Services, Ad Operations, and Technology to implement tracking solutions, troubleshoot issues, validate performance data, and continuously improve how we scale analytics operations across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, including discovery conversations, requirements gathering, tracking implementation, and validation of data flows

  • Partner directly with clients and technical teams to implement, test, and troubleshoot tracking pixels across websites, apps, and media platforms

  • Diagnose and resolve complex data discrepancies related to pixel firing, custom code conflicts, tagging issues, API sync failures, and media flight scheduling

  • Perform ongoing quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems and dashboards

  • Write advanced SQL queries and transformation logic to extract, reconcile, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for clients, translating complex data challenges into clear, actionable insights and solutions

  • Build scalable QA frameworks, documentation, and repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Ad Operations, Engineering, Creative, and Account teams to ensure alignment across the campaign lifecycle

  • Support optimization and reporting efforts by identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities within campaign and audience data

  • Contribute to the evolution of our analytics infrastructure and data best practices as the agency continues to scale

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, advertising technology, or media analytics within an agency, SaaS, or client-facing environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, CTEs, joins, window functions, stored procedures, and query optimization

  • Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Adobe Launch, or equivalent platforms

  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement, including attribution, conversion tracking, campaign pacing, impressions, clicks, and media flighting

  • Experience working with large datasets across multiple platforms and systems

  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

  • Exposure to cloud data environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure is preferred

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis or automation is a plus

  • Knowledge of programmatic media platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP is preferred

Capabilities

  • Exceptional analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across disciplines and stakeholder groups

  • Curiosity-driven approach to learning, testing, and continuous improvement

  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving complex, multi-layered technical challenges

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
