Technology & Analytics — The Builders and Translators

We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.

At Attention Arc, we exist to restore intention to media. As part of our Technology & Analytics team, the Builders and Translators, you help transform raw media data into clarity, action, and measurable growth. This team architects the systems, reporting frameworks, and analytical models that unify performance across channels, helping the agency move smarter, faster, and with greater precision.

The Media Data Analyst plays a critical role in turning complexity into insight. This role blends analytical rigor with strategic thinking, partnering across Planning, Activation, Research, and Account teams to uncover performance drivers, surface opportunities, and help shape smarter media decisions. You will not simply report on performance. You will help define what performance means and what happens next.

  • Leverage Snowflake to support scalable, efficient data analysis and reporting workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across reporting pipelines and dashboards
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers across audiences, channels, and campaigns
  • Support the evolution of internal analytics processes, automation opportunities, and reporting best practices

Performance & Strategic Insight

  • Conduct analytical deep-dives across campaign performance, audience behavior, and media effectiveness
  • Evaluate full-funnel performance across the ARC framework: Attract, Resonate, Convert
  • Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence media strategy and optimization decisions
  • Help teams connect performance data to broader business goals and client objectives

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Partner with Media Planning, Activation, Research, and Account teams to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute analytics expertise to client conversations and performance narratives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business challenges through data and insight
  • Support documentation, governance, and process improvements across analytics workflows

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • 2–4+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or advertising analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying, transformation, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience working within Snowflake environments
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau, Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs including impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, reach, frequency, and conversion metrics
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets including platform APIs, CRM data, and web analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus

Capabilities

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills
  • Curiosity and learning agility in evolving analytics and media environments

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
