AI-Enabled Business Analyst

Irvington, NY

Technology & Analytics | The Builders and Translators

We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together, we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.

As part of our Technology & Analytics team, you are one of the Builders and Translators, turning complex data, emerging technologies, and innovative ideas into practical solutions that help our entire agency work smarter. You connect human expertise with the power of technology, finding smarter ways to use data, simplify processes, and help our people make better decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

At Attention Arc, we believe technology should amplify human expertise, not replace it.

As our AI-Enabled Business Analyst, you'll combine analytical thinking, data expertise, business curiosity, and practical knowledge of AI to improve how our agency operates.

You'll work directly with department leaders, managers, and employees to understand how work actually gets done. You'll ask thoughtful questions, map workflows, examine decision points, and identify opportunities to simplify processes, connect data, and eliminate repetitive work.

This role is different from a traditional media analyst position. While our client-facing analysts focus on account-specific challenges and performance, you'll focus on opportunities that benefit the broader agency. You'll look for recurring challenges across teams and clients, then help develop solutions that can be reused, scaled, and continuously improved.

You'll work with data from multiple systems, write SQL queries, use platforms such as Snowflake, and apply AI tools to make information more accessible and useful. Whether you're combining three datasets into one reliable reporting process, improving a planning calculator, or helping a team develop better AI prompts, your focus will be on solving real business problems.

You don't need to be a full-stack software developer. You do need to be comfortable working with data, understanding technical systems, learning new tools, and translating business needs into practical solutions.

Most importantly, you'll be curious enough to ask why a process exists, thoughtful enough to understand the decisions behind it, and resourceful enough to find a better way.

Your impact will be measured by the clarity you create, the time you save, the processes you improve, and the value your solutions bring to people across Attention Arc.

Agency-Wide Efficiency & Operational Innovation

  • Look beyond individual client accounts to identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities across the agency.
  • Recognize patterns in how different teams approach similar tasks and identify opportunities for shared solutions.

  • Build strong working relationships with employees and department leaders by listening, asking questions, and understanding their challenges.
  • Translate technical and analytical concepts into clear, approachable language for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workflow discussions and help teams articulate business requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrate new tools, data processes, and AI-assisted workflows to employees.
  • Create process documentation, decision trees, user guides, and training materials that make new solutions easy to understand.
  • Gather employee feedback and use it to improve the usability and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Help teams understand how to use AI and automation responsibly and where human judgment remains essential.
  • Encourage experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the agency.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Help define success metrics for operational improvement initiatives, including time saved, reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, faster turnaround, and employee adoption.
  • Establish baseline measurements where possible to evaluate the impact of process improvements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of new workflows, data solutions, and AI-assisted processes.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to understand whether solutions are meeting business needs.
