About the Role

At Attentive, we believe great marketing—and great workplaces—start with understanding people. This role helps us do exactly that.

As a People Insights Associate, you’ll turn talent data into clear, actionable insights that help our teams make better decisions. You won’t just report on what’s happening—you’ll help explain why it matters and what to do next.

You’ll work across the People team and partner closely with leaders to shape how we understand our workforce today—and how we build smarter, more scalable ways of working for the future, including with AI.

What You’ll Accomplish

Turn data into insights that drive decisions

  • Build and deliver dashboards and data stories on key workforce metrics like attrition, hiring, and engagement
  • Go beyond the numbers—translate data into clear takeaways and recommendations
  • Help leaders understand what’s changing and what actions to take

Partner across the People team

  • Work closely with teams like Total Rewards, Recruiting, and Talent Development on high-impact data analyses
  • Scope the right questions, gather the right data, and deliver insights that inform real decisions
  • Act as a thought partner, not just a data provider

Improve how we work with data and AI

  • Help evolve how the People team uses data, with AI as a core part of that shift
  • Test new tools and build automations that reduce manual reporting
  • Find ways to move faster while improving the quality and impact of insights

Own and improve our analytics tools

  • Manage day-to-day administration of our HR analytics platform
  • Ensure data quality, maintain dashboards, and manage user authorizations
  • Keep our systems clean, reliable, and easy to use

Your Expertise

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics or consulting, with experience or demonstrable interest in the talent domain
  • Data fluency, with the ability to utilize strong Excel and BI skills to explore data and uncover insights; working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • A consultative mindset—you ask the right questions before jumping into the data
  • Clear communicator who can turn complex findings into simple, useful insights
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve the way teams work

You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.

For US based applicants:

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 annually + equity + benefits
