Lead Generation Associate
Atticor is an AI-powered legal services platform redefining how lawyers deliver justice to injured people.
Great lawyers serve their clients best when they can focus on legal practice, not on troubleshooting their case management system, tracking medical records, dealing with accounting headaches, or managing marketing campaigns. Atticor handles the complex machinery of the modern legal business, liberating top-tier lawyers to do what they do best: practice law.
Atticor was built by legal entrepreneurs who revolutionized mass claims litigation at scale and built technology and operational infrastructure that has served over 1.5 million clients and generated over $3 billion in gross recoveries, comprising a Case Acquisition Engine, Decision Infrastructure, Agentic AI Workflow & Operations, and an Institutional-Grade Backbone.
Purpose:
As Lead Generation Associate, your #1 focus is helping execute, monitor, and optimize the lead generation campaigns that deliver high-quality leads to our legal teams. Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager, you'll run day-to-day campaign operations, keep performance data clean and current, and support the testing that lowers cost-per-lead (CPL) and increases signed-case volume.
The Lead Generation Associate supports the performance marketing and intake funnels owned by the Lead Generation Manager. You'll help deliver qualified accident leads at efficient cost targets by tracking performance closely, catching issues early, and executing optimizations across channels and partners.
This is a full-time, remote position with an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience. The role is also eligible for a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven performance marketing role. You'll contribute directly to:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency

You'll work closely with paid media, affiliate partners, call centers, integrations, and intake operations, and gain broad exposure to the full lead generation ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities:

Channel & Partner Support
- Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates, lead aggregators, and warm transfer providers
- Coordinate onboarding and setup for new providers being tested

- Monitor partner performance against quality and margin expectations, and escalate concerns
Funnel & Conversion Support
- Track lead-to-retainer conversion rates by source
- Help identify friction points in the intake process through data review and call monitoring
- Assist with call tracking setup, routing changes, and QA
- Share feedback between marketing and intake to keep messaging and scripting aligned
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate source tracking and attribution data in Litify, CallRail, GA4, and Sigma/BI tools
- Build and update weekly performance reports tied to signed clients, not just leads
- Track drop-off rates and case values by provider and DMA
- Spot data discrepancies and help diagnose over- or under-stated channels
Quality Control
- Review lead quality across sources on a regular basis
- Flag fraud, duplicate, and non-qualified lead patterns
- Help prepare return and credit requests with partners
- Support compliance with legal advertising standards

- Speed of identifying and escalating performance or quality issues
- Contribution to CPL and cost-per-retained-case improvements
- Lead-to-retainer conversion trends on supported channels
- Quality and duplicate lead rates
- Execution of tests and partner onboarding on schedule
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are:
- Highly data-driven and detail-oriented
- Organized and able to manage many partners and tasks at once
- Curious about what drives performance metrics
- Responsive and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Eager to learn and grow in performance marketing
You understand, or want to learn:

- 1–3 years in performance marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Familiarity with CRMs and reporting dashboards
- Strong written communication skills for partner and internal coordination
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a high-volume lead gen environment (legal, insurance, finance, home services, etc.)
- Personal injury or mass tort marketing exposure
- Hands-on use of Litify, CallRail, GA4, or BI tools such as Sigma
- Familiarity with affiliate, aggregator, or marketplace lead models
- Experience working alongside call centers or intake teams
