Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Atticor handles the complex machinery of the modern legal business, liberating top-tier lawyers to do what they do best: practice law.
Atticor was built by legal entrepreneurs who revolutionized mass claims litigation at scale and built technology and operational infrastructure that has served over 1.5 million clients and generated over $3 billion in gross recoveries, comprising a Case Acquisition Engine, Decision Infrastructure, Agentic AI Workflow & Operations, and an Institutional-Grade Backbone.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to bring our legal brands to life across social platforms. Reporting to the Manager for Marketing, Brand Partnerships & Communications, you'll partner closely with a fellow Social Media Marketing Coordinator who leads social strategy, and you'll own content execution: turning plans into graphics, Reels, client testimonials, event coverage, and polished, on-brand profiles across a portfolio of distinct law firm brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the content trenches, moves quickly, and has a sharp eye for what works on each platform.
This is a full-time, remote position. Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $68,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
- Design original graphics for social posts, stories, and campaigns that stay true to each brand's identity.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content, with a heavy emphasis on Reels and TikTok.
- Produce client testimonial videos and on-camera interviews with clients and attorneys that highlight our results and impact.
- Adapt creative for multiple brands, keeping each voice and aesthetic distinct.
Brand Presence & Publishing
- Own the look and feel of our social profiles, including profile design, highlight covers, grids, and overall visual consistency.
- Execute the organic posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread captions for accuracy, style, tone, and SEO, using hashtags, tagging, and relevant trends to extend reach.
- Maintain organized content libraries and hit publishing deadlines across brands.
Collaboration & Community
- Partner with the strategy-focused Social Media Coordinator on content planning, ideation, and execution.
- Monitor, engage with, and respond to followers and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Produce content for influencer and community partner collaborations, firm-sponsored events, and community outreach.
- Brainstorm creative concepts and cross-platform campaigns with the broader Marketing team.
Performance & Trends
- Share content performance insights to inform strategy and monthly reporting.
- Stay current on platform trends, formats, and best practices, and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional social media or digital content experience.
- A strong portfolio of social graphics and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Instagram Edits, CapCut, or comparable).
- Comfort filming on location and directing clients and attorneys on camera.
- A solid understanding of how content performs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without losing quality or attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort taking creative direction as well as running with your own ideas.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content in a professional services, legal, or regulated industry.
- Experience in newsletter design and newsletter banners.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools.
