Marketing Web Developer (Front End)

Remote

Atticor is an AI-powered legal services platform redefining how lawyers deliver justice to injured people.

Great lawyers serve their clients best when they can focus on legal practice, not on troubleshooting their case management system, tracking medical records, dealing with accounting headaches, or managing marketing campaigns. Atticor handles the complex machinery of the modern legal business, liberating top-tier lawyers to do what they do best: practice law.

Atticor was built by legal entrepreneurs who revolutionized mass claims litigation at scale and built technology and operational infrastructure that has served over 1.5 million clients and generated over $3 billion in gross recoveries, comprising a Case Acquisition Engine, Decision Infrastructure, Agentic AI Workflow & Operations, and an Institutional-Grade Backbone.

About the role

Atticor Group LLC is hiring a Marketing Web Developer to build the landing pages and websites that drive client acquisition across a portfolio of national legal brands. This is a front end role first. You will own how our pages look, load, and convert.

You will sit inside the marketing team, not an engineering org. Your work ships fast, gets tested against live paid traffic, and is measured by conversion rate and cost per signed case. If you love pixel-level craft and also care whether the page actually performs, this is the job.

Full stack skills are welcome, but we are hiring for front end excellence. A great candidate is the person a designer and a media buyer both want on their project.

This is a full-time, remote role reporting to our Director of Marketing. Compensation for the position includes an annual base salary of $140,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Build landing pages at volume. Design and develop high-converting campaign pages in Unbounce and custom HTML/CSS/JS, often several per week across multiple brands and case types.
  • Build and maintain brand websites. Develop new pages, templates, and features on WordPress (custom themes).
  • Ship A/B tests. Build page variants, partner with media buyers on hypotheses, and iterate based on results.
  • Protect performance. Hit Core Web Vitals targets on mobile, where most of our traffic lands. Optimize images, scripts, fonts, and third-party tags.
  • Implement tracking correctly. Work in Google Tag Manager, fire pixel and server-side conversion events, and preserve attribution parameters (UTMs, click IDs) through every form submit.
  • Translate design into code. Turn Figma files, mockups, and rough briefs into polished, responsive, accessible pages without hand-holding.
  • Build reusable systems. Create templates, component libraries, and build standards so the next page ships faster than the last.
  • Use AI tooling to move faster. Use tools like Claude Code to accelerate builds while holding a high bar for the code that ships.

What you bring

  • 4+ years building production websites and landing pages, with a portfolio of live work we can click through
  • Expert HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript proficiency: You can build a polished, responsive page from scratch without a framework
  • Strong visual eye. You notice spacing, type, and hierarchy problems before a designer points them out
  • Hands-on experience with a landing page platform (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, or similar) and its limits
  • WordPress theme development experience (PHP templates, custom fields, hooks)
  • Mobile-first mindset and a track record of fast pages (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and GA4
  • Experience building and debugging forms: validation, hidden fields, spam prevention, and third-party integrations
  • Conversion rate optimization experience: you have run A/B tests and can talk about what won and why
  • Comfort with Git and a basic deploy workflow
  • Speed and judgment. You can turn a brief into a live page in a day or two and know which details matter
  • Clear communication with non-technical partners: media buyers, designers, attorneys, and intake teams

Nice to have

  • Full stack experience: Node.js, Next.js or React, REST APIs, SQL, Supabase or similar
  • Server-side tracking (Meta Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions, server-side GTM)
  • Background in legal, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated, lead-gen-heavy industry
  • Figma or design skills strong enough to produce a page without a designer

What success looks like

First 30 days. You have shipped your first live landing pages, learned our build standards and tracking setup, and can launch a standard campaign page without help.

First 60 days. You own the landing page queue. Media buyers come to you directly, pages go live on schedule, and tracking fires correctly the first time.

First 90 days. You have improved the system itself: faster templates, better mobile performance, and at least one A/B test win that measurably lifted conversion rate.
