Role and Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, you’ll spend the majority of your time on-site, leading and supporting crews in day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for project supervision, quality control, equipment management, safety oversight, and customer service at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach field crews on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Serve as crew safety manager, enforcing OSHA standards.
- Conduct site audits, perform Quality Control (QC) visits, and solve on-the-spot issues.
- Respond directly to customer service requests in the field.
- Supervise/support daily staging, loading, and cleanup of work trucks/vans.
- Mitigate downtime by testing and troubleshooting equipment.
- Verify daily logs, timekeeping, and reporting accuracy.
- Lead morning crew meetings and contribute to Field Manager selection.
- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure material, tools, PPE, and equipment availability.
- Via the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure vehicle maintenance and service scheduling compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years of clean driving history.
- 5+ years of residential construction or related-field supervision experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience with insulation, rodent control, demolition, or similar work.
- Strong hands-on leadership and field management skills.
- Familiarity with construction processes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend, Salesforce, or similar CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.

Details:
- Full-time, on-site role (not remote)
- Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours/day, flexibility required for overtime or weekend needs
- Pay range: $98,000 – $120,000 base and bonus eligible
