Role and Responsibilities


The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the CEO and oversees all financial operations. The CFO is responsible for financial planning, risk management, budgeting, accounting, compliance, procurement, and strategic financial analysis. The CFO ensures that financial decisions align with corporate strategic goals to support sustainable growth, profitability, and financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Corporate Financial Planning and Strategy.
  • Oversees Financial Reporting and Analysis.
  • Establishes Budgets and Forecasts.
  • Develops & Implements Procurement Strategies
  • Manages Cash Flow and Capital Allocation.
  • Ensures Compliance with Financial Regulations.
  • Monitors and Maintains Accounting and Financial Systems.
  • Leads Financial Team Development.
  • Directs Tax Planning and Strategy.
  • Develops and Implements Financial Controls and Policies.
  • Supports Strategic Decision-Making and Investment Opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-growing, multi-location business environment.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong background in procurement strategy, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing financial systems, controls, and policies.
  • Adept at analyzing complex financial data to support strategic business decisions and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments and at the executive level.
  • Prior experience in the home improvement, construction, or service industry is a plus.

  • Panel interview with AP Management Team

Job Details
Type: Full-time, Hybrid flexibility available
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Structure: Base Salary ($180,000+) plus Bonus
