Role and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you’ll report to the Operations (General) Manager at an Attic Projects facility and serve as a bridge between field crews and facility leadership. This role requires hands-on field engagement and supervision along with management training, giving you the experience needed to eventually run operations at the facility level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee field operations, including insulation, rodent control, and crawl space restoration.
- Support training and supervision of crews, ensuring quality and safety standards are achieved.
- Operate as crew safety manager and conduct regular site audits.
- Manage local vendor relationships and coordinate with corporate inventory strategies.
- Handle customer service requests, ensuring timely resolution and positive outcomes.
- Verify daily logs, scheduling, and reporting accuracy.
- Participate in strategic discussions and provide input on team leadership decisions.
- Work alongside leadership to learn headcount planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure material, tools, PPE, and equipment availability.
- Via the Warehouse Supervisor, ensure vehicle maintenance and service scheduling compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years of clean driving history.
- 5+ years of construction supervision and/or related field experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience with insulation, rodent control, demolition, or related work.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with interest in stepping into management.
- Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and CRM software (BuilderTrend, Salesforce).

Details:
- Full-time, on-site role (not remote)
- Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours/day, flexibility required for overtime or weekend needs
- Pay range: $98,000 – $120,000 base and bonus eligible
