Sr Director, Brand Partnerships

Los Angeles, CA & New York, NY

Who We Are:

We’re a full-service creative shop born out of ATTN:’s purpose-driven mission to bring attention to the things that matter. We exist to build brands for the attention era. We accelerate growth for brands, putting them at the center of culture so they become the center of attention. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds and makers and we’re lucky enough to work with some of the world’s most innovative brands and culturally connected brands.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and highly strategic Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to join our new business team, with a focus on growing ATTN:’s presence across multiple categories including, but not limited to, technology, social media platforms, and retail.

This is a senior revenue-driving role for someone who is excited to build on a strong foundation of marquee clients. The right person will bring meaningful industry relationships, a track record of developing and closing significant business, and the ability to sell strategic creative services.

You will partner with leading brands and senior decision-makers, helping ATTN: grow existing relationships, unlock new opportunities, and expand the company’s role as a creative, social-first, and strategic partner to companies shaping culture, technology, and consumer behavior.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong career in media, agency, brand partnerships, or client-side marketing and is looking for greater ownership of client relationships, revenue growth, and new business development within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll drive the full deal lifecycle, owning a revenue target and managing everything from thoughtful prospecting, pipeline development, and relationship-building to creative strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted relationships across brand, marketing, media, communications, and innovation teams.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through your network, market knowledge, proactive outreach, and ability to connect ATTN:’s capabilities to client priorities.
  • Sell integrated, creative, and social-first programs that may span branded content, creator partnerships, experiential, streaming, digital, social, and broader strategic agency-style solutions.
  • Think like a brand marketer, not just a seller, with the ability to understand client objectives, business pressures, audience needs, and the role ATTN: can play in helping brands show up with relevance and impact.
  • Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, account, production, and leadership teams to develop compelling ideas, proposals, and solutions that address client needs and drive new business.
  • Contribute to ATTN:’s go-to-market approach within key categories, identifying emerging opportunities, developing market intelligence, and helping the company build deeper relationships with priority brands.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and develop thoughtful account plans that support both near-term revenue opportunities and longer-term strategic growth.
  • Create momentum in the market by turning relationships and outreach into meetings, briefs, project-based work, and larger-scale partnerships.
  • Maintain an active and disciplined pipeline, effectively managing opportunities across different stages and maintaining visibility into revenue potential and next steps.
  • Stay closely attuned to marketing trends, technology shifts, social behavior, cultural conversations, and integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Operate comfortably in a fast-moving environment where the role requires strategic thinking alongside a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to building relationships and winning business.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across digital, social, media, agency, brand partnerships, client-direct sales, business development, or in-house marketing.
  • Strong experience working with technology, innovation-led, or culturally relevant brands, with an understanding of how these companies think about brand, audience, reputation, growth, and cultural relevance.
  • An established network of relationships across technology, AI, consumer technology, social media platforms, enterprise technology, retail, or other innovation-focused companies, with the ability to build new relationships beyond your existing network.
  • A strategic and proactive client partner with experience selling or developing branded content, social-first campaigns, creator/influencer programs, integrated partnerships, or creative agency-style solutions.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop relationships and convert them into meaningful commercial opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Experienced in building client-direct relationships and navigating complex organizations with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable selling ideas, creative solutions, and strategy, not just inventory or impressions.
  • Confident negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnerships, including six-figure opportunities and larger integrated engagements.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable owning a revenue target, managing a pipeline, and being accountable for measurable new business results.
  • Energized by building and excited by the opportunity to expand relationships, develop new accounts, and contribute to ATTN:’s next stage of growth.
  • A strong communicator and presenter with executive presence, sound judgment, commercial discipline, and the ability to build trust with clients and internal leadership.
  • A fast learner and original thinker who can thrive in ambiguity, adjust quickly to change, and bring structure to open-ended opportunities.
  • Passionate about ATTN:’s mission, our content, social storytelling, and the evolving role brands play in culture.

Compensation: This position has an estimated annual salary range between $185,000 to 200,000 in addition to incentive compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
