Are you ready to make an impact with your drafting skills? Atwell is seeking a talented Civil CAD Drafter to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge land development projects. If you’re passionate about creating detailed and accurate designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Be a Key Resource: Serve as an expert on drafting practices and procedures, supporting our design staff with your expertise.
- Master the Tools: Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to deliver high-quality assignments on schedule and in line with Atwell’s standards.
- Create Impactful Drawings: Produce a variety of project-specific drawings, including soil erosion plans, site layouts, grading plans, storm sewer designs, water and sanitary sewer plans, construction layouts, and staking.
- Analyze Site Data: Review project survey data to assess existing site conditions and development factors, including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documentation.
- Adapt and Edit: Modify plans as needed based on feedback from agencies, municipalities, and clients, ensuring all revisions are accurate and up to date.
- Stay Aligned: Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Team Leaders about workflow status to achieve project goals and maintain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience: 2+ years of design experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Land Development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
