Atwell is seeking a driven Civil Engineer to join our team, where you’ll have the chance to specialize in a diverse range of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial ventures. As a Civil Engineer with Atwell, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into reality, leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design with Precision: Draft both preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Data Analysis: Assess site conditions by analyzing project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documentation.
  • Report Preparation: Develop essential reports, provide expert opinions, and make recommendations for project direction, including hydrology and hydraulic studies and cost estimations.
  • Project Support: Facilitate smooth project execution with construction-related services, such as permit applications and quantity estimates.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to maintain excellence in project delivery.
  • Mentorship and Integration: Benefit from structured mentorship programs and an assigned ambassador to ensure a smooth transition into our team and company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is a plus
