In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead Projects: Take charge of site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Design & Analyze: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision to craft innovative designs and conduct thorough project analysis.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring that project outcomes consistently meet or exceed expectations.
  • Business Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities, contributing to the firm’s growth and success.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables adhere to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Certification: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in DE or PA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
  • Project Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
  • Client Management: Strong skills in client relations and communication, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client needs.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Leadership: Effective leadership abilities with a talent for mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
