Are you ready to take your project management career to new heights? Atwell is on the lookout for a driven Associate Project Manager to join our vibrant Belcamp, Maryland team and lead exciting commercial and residential land development projects.
Your Role:
- Lead with Excellence: Oversee and manage site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Design with Innovation: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for precise project design and analysis.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain robust client connections, drive business development, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
- Drive Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities to help propel our firm forward.
- Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and Develop: Support and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
- Ensure Top Quality: Implement quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
- Grow Professionally: Collaborate with a mentor to enhance your skills in business development, proposal writing, and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial and residential land development projects.
- Communication: Strong client management and communication abilities.
- Business Acumen: Proven skills in business development.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire junior staff, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in our Belcamp, MD office with a hybrid schedule.
