The Culture and Engagement Manager will support the design, execution, and measurement of programs that reinforce Atwell’s core values, including recognition, storytelling, employee appreciation, and leadership visibility. This role drives participation in culture-focused campaigns and events, delivers engagement insights, and supports the people and culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Culture & Engagement, this role blends program execution with engagement analytics to strengthen employee connection, retention, and overall employee experience across the Atwell Family of Companies. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency regarding the essential functions of the job listed below.
M&A Culture Integration Support
- Support the people and culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions in partnership with the leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Execute culture integration touchpoints, including onboarding experiences, communications, and storytelling that reinforce shared values
- Design, administer, and analyze pulse and engagement surveys throughout the acquisition and integration process
- Support tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPIs related to program effectiveness, employee engagement, turnover, quality of hire, and related metrics
- Participate in integration roadshows to share M&A updates and guide employees through onboarding and integration expectations
Culture Programs & Employee Experience
- Support the design and coordination of culture programs that reinforce Atwell’s core values, including employee recognition, storytelling, appreciation initiatives, and leadership visibility efforts
- Partner with the Senior Director to execute culture-focused campaigns and events that promote connection and engagement across Atwell Family of Companies locations
- Manage and lead initiatives for the Atwell Family of Companies Science Olympiad and Atwell Gives Foundation, including coordination of volunteers, events, and leadership participation
- Support and enable leaders in encouraging team participation in culture, community, and community engagement initiatives
Engagement Measurement & Insights
- Design, administer, and analyze company-wide engagement and pulse surveys focused on employee experience, retention, and connection
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that clearly communicate engagement trends, risks, and opportunities to leaders
- Analyze recognition and engagement program data to assess participation, leader involvement, and program impact
- Translate engagement data into clear, practical recommendations that inform new or enhanced culture and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to support follow-through on engagement actions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners, and effectively influence outcomes
- Ability to design, administer, and analyze engagement and pulse surveys, and translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time
- Ability to manage and coordinate culture and engagement initiatives across multiple offices while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of employee experience considerations during organizational change and M&A integration
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organization Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Master's Degree or MBA desired
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in employee engagement, culture programs, employee experience organizational development, or related field
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the company all the way up to the CEO.
