Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports project leaders and project teams by coordinating project documentation, contracts, change orders, pay applications, system updates, proposal/AWO setup, and project tracking activities. This role helps meet client needs, support project profitability, maintain organized project records, and promote timely communication among Atwell teams, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, accounting, and management. The Project Coordinator will help keep projects moving efficiently by tracking required information, routing documentation, following up on open items, and maintaining current project status across approved systems and trackers. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regards to the essential functions of the job found below.
- Assist project leaders with project setup, coordination, documentation, schedules, budgets, staffing information, milestones, and required follow-up
- Monitor project status by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and summarizing information, open items, action items, and trends
- Ensure contracts and change orders have been sent to contractors, consultants, clients, or other required parties for signature
- Review pay application packages for completeness and accuracy
- Provide invoice support
- Create, update, and maintain project information in Vision, Procore, Kahua, Autodesk, Concord, project trackers, and other approved systems.
- Assist with proposal and AWO setup, templates, formatting, routing, and administrative coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Real Estate, Land Planning, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with project deadlines, client expectations, contractor documentation, consultant coordination, and internal project teams preferred
- Experience with project management systems such as Vision, Procore, Kahua, Concord, Autodesk, or similar platforms preferred

Pay Range
$34 - $38 USD
