Safety & Facility Internship - Summer 2025

Atwell is seeking a motivated Safety & Facility Intern to support our safety programs and initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation of each office location through on-site audits of facility looking for potential safety and compliance issues.
  • Provide written reports of each audit and suggested corrective actions to be taken.
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States where Atwell or RVi offices are located.
  • Support company-wide safety communication efforts, working with the marketing team to develop materials.
  • Coordinate office safety audit with the Director of Safety.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Safety Department as needed.
  • Participate in health and safety and facility management initiatives, with a focus on audits.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety and Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and multitask effectively.
  • Interest in workplace safety, compliance, and employee well-being.
  • Available to travel to Atwell and RVi office locations frequently.
