About the role

As a Sales Technology Change Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of sales technologies and process changes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success and Salesforce Administration to develop and execute change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.

About the Team

The Revenue Operations team is a strategically focused team responsible for the success and enablement of the sales team, aligning and optimizing sales and revenue processes and technologies in order to drive revenue growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop comprehensive sales-focused change management plans for the adoption of new processes and technologies, outlining objectives, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

  • Lead change management assessments, including: Impact Assessment, Readiness Assessment and Stakeholder Analysis.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis by identifying stakeholder types and assessing their needs, challenges, motivations and potential areas of resistance to best engage stakeholders throughout the change.

  • Lead communication planning, enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

  • Apply a structured methodology (process, tools and templates) to the change management process

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs that drive adoption, measure effectiveness and include needed reinforcement.

  • Run point on the management of RevOps change management deliverables related to M&A activity

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, fostering a mindset of adaptability and agility within the sales organization.

What we are Looking for

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within a sales or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience developing and executing change management programs tied to Salesforce org migrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure outcomes.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving change.
  • Experience leading change management programs following M&A activity

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; 
  • Change management certifications CCMP
  • Project management certifications PMP
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Prior experience working with Sales at a technology company
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud), including sales-supporting functionality such as Sales Engagement, Territory Management, Collaborative Forecasting and Pipeline Inspection.
  • Strong experience with ecosystem tools integrated with Salesforce (Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ambition, 6Sense, Zendesk)
  • Experience with agile project management via Jira
