About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions. This role will act as a key resource for first-line managers, assist with employee relations, employee services, oversee on-offboarding, and support various HR initiatives, including employee movements, policy coordination, and data analytics.

This position is full onsite (5 days per week in office) and is located in Four/Neo Building, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

About the team

The HR Team at Auctane Philippines Inc. is dedicated to serving the needs of the business and the team members who keep it running. As a team, we work across employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, health and welfare benefits, compensation, company and statutory benefits management, HR services, rewards management, performance management, learning and development, and project management. Though we’re a fast-moving team with a lot of responsibilities, we work together to ensure that every aspect of an employee’s experience is thoughtfully considered and weighed against the values of the organization.

What will you be doing?

Generalist HR Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for first-line managers, addressing HR-related questions and guiding them on policies and best practices.
  • Assist in employee relations (ER) cases by gathering data, documenting concerns, and escalating when necessary.
  • Provide HR data analytics and reporting support to help drive informed decision-making.

Employee Engagement & Relations 

  • Support HR initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, wellness, DEI, culture-building, and  organizational development.
  • Handle basic workplace and employee concerns and escalate complex cases when  necessary in alignment with  labor laws and company policies
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and compliance-related  queries. 
  • Organize and coordinate company engagement activities, celebrations, townhalls, and employee recognition programs.
  • Conduct regular surveys, check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge and promote employee satisfaction and retention.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management

  • Administer payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing in coordination  with Finance/Payroll. 
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with  company policies and market standards. 
  • Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) including  reporting, loans, claims, and contributions. 

Government Statutory Benefits & Compliance 

  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, and other labor and government regulations. 
  • Prepare, monitor, and submit mandatory government reports and compliance  documents. 
  • Assist during audits and regulatory inspections. 

Offboarding & Policy Coordination

  • Own the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance, and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate updates and maintenance of the employee handbook to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Facilities & Workplace Management

  • Oversee allocation and upkeep of lockers, sleeping quarters, parking slots, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of office facilities, including pantries and canteens.
  • Supervise general services providers (janitorial, messengerial, security, clinic staff) to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor and coordinate with third-party vendors for facilities-related services and repairs.
  • Enforce security, safety, and health protocols within the workplace.
  • Ensure facilities are aligned with company policies, employee well-being standards, and regulatory compliance.

General Services & Administration

  • Manage contracts and service agreements with facility-related vendors (canteen, janitorial, clinic, messengerial).
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair of office equipment and utilities.
  • Monitor office supplies and pantry inventory; ensure cost-effective utilization.
  • Facilitate employee requests for facilities and services support.
  • Prepare facilities-related reports (usage, costs, compliance, incident reports).

HR Analytics & Reporting 

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.) to support  business decisions. 
  • Prepare regular HR dashboards and compliance reports for management

Office Hours & Ad Hoc HR Support

  • Host regular office hours to address HR-related questions and provide guidance to employees.
  • Manage various HR data-related tasks, including data entry, audits, and research on industry trends.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or  related field. 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience with strong exposure to C&B, government  statutory benefits, and compliance. 
  • Skills: Strong data management, research, and analytical abilities; excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Above-average people management and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and  compliance reporting,
