About the role

The Lead, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across business functions and operational support areas. As Auctane’s Manila office continues to grow, this role will serve as a consultative partner to HR and business leaders—balancing strategic insight with hands-on recruiting execution. Leveraging deep expertise in the Manila talent market, the Lead will build strong pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, and champion an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Auctane’s business objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to understand evolving business needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Manila labor market, providing insights on talent trends, availability, and competitive compensation.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, to deliver results while aligning with Auctane’s global TA process and ensuring data hygiene and documentation
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and engagement.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support hiring across a range of business functions and operational support areas, with flexibility to adapt as the Manila office scales.
  • Provide data-driven hiring insights, dashboards, and talent reports to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
  • Partner with HR and managers on onboarding and integration to support long-term employee retention and performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, with a strong focus on the Manila market.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across diverse business and operational functions.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of Manila’s labor landscape, talent pools, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience working with or supporting US-based companies or multinational organizations strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume and specialized searches with speed, accuracy, and quality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across HR, business, and leadership teams.

The Tech

  • Proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using JobStreet or other Philippines-based job boards and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) for collaboration, reporting, and documentation.
  • Comfortable adopting new recruiting technologies and tools to drive efficiency and scalability
