About the role
This is a hands-on Process Owner Internship focused on optimizing documentation and integration processes. Courier integrations are the heart of our platform, and at our current scale, we aim to eliminate bottlenecks and information chaos. Working under the guidance of a dedicated Product Manager, you will design and implement a process "engine" to streamline carrier onboarding and create a Single Source of Truth for the entire team. This 6-month program covers the full optimization cycle, from audit to final implementation. This internship is for students who need to complete a 6-month mandatory internship as part of their degree.
What will you be doing?
- Audit & Mapping: Conducting interviews with PMs, developers, and support to identify gaps in current processes.
- Designing Standards: Creating original templates (e.g., Product Fact Sheets) and defining RACI responsibility matrices.
- Tooling Ecosystem: Building and automating workflows in Jira (GOLD and JPD projects) and preparing operational checklists.
- Information Architecture: Designing a tagging system and a central documentation index in Confluence.
- Pilot Implementation: Independently leading a real courier integration process according to the new standard.
- Playbook & Presentation: Preparing a final instruction manual for the PM team and presenting your results to the management board.
What are we looking for?
- Availability: This internship is for students who need to complete a 6-month mandatory internship as part of their degree. Start date: 01.07.2026
- Education: Students of Management, Quantitative Methods, Business Informatics, or related fields.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to distinguish between "product language" and "engineering logic."
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to independently lead project meetings by the 4th month of the internship.
- Goal Orientation: Focus on consolidating fragmented documentation and reducing "Time-to-Information."
- Ambition: A desire to master Jira, JPD, and Confluence at an expert leve
What will make you stand out?
- Ability to implement automation that replaces informal communication (like Slack requests) with professional ticketing in Jira.
- Proactive approach to taking ownership of a process from audit to final playbook.
