Ranch Sales and Marketing Manager

Summary
This dynamic hands-on and entrepreneurial position is responsible for delivering sales growth of a premium grass-fed beef business. This position also works very closely with the Ranch Manager to plan and facilitate on-site experiences for ranch guests and VIPs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and marketing activities, which may include:
- Craft and deploy high-impact social media strategies to increase audience engagement and community growth
- Optimize website performance and e-commerce operations to improve user journey and maximize checkout conversion rates
- Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
- Grow and develop strategic partnerships
- Develop and monitor performance KPIs to monitor sales growth, and ROI of marketing activities via Google Analytics
- Manage and support Ranch events and customer experience
- Provide planning, and both on-site and off-site support for customer events
- Provide hands-on support during events, including facilities preparation, hospitality, and cleanup
- Coordinate or perform tasks associated with events, which may include supply pickup, facilitating guest transportation or other related needs
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and strategy, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience developing custom events for a broad range of clients, up to and including C-suite personnel and executives
- Hands-on ranch or farm experience
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A self-starter with resourceful thinking, and a willingness to do some manual labor
Working Conditions
- Ranching Environment with on-site lodging and guest facilities
- Local travel as needed for support of ranch operations and hospitality duties – expectation is 20%
