CRM Integration Specialist

What will you do?
Your duties will typically include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose CRM-driven solutions to streamline operations, processes, and end-user experience.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather and document functional and technical requirements for CRM enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- CRM Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and technical expertise for the CRM, including issue resolution, upgrades, and system optimization.
- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality within the CRM. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance, customer interactions, and sales activities.
What do you bring to the team?
You are someone with:
- At least 3+ years of experience operating a CRM
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of customer behaviour analytics and journey mapping.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, data insights, and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Ability to create and execute A/B testing strategies for email and CRM campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website management is a plus.
Additionally, you have:
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to build proper data points based on multiple processes.
