Responsibilities:

  • Improve the product experience by delivering high-quality features.
  • Develop secure, well-tested, performant product features across React Native, React, GraphQL, and backend/service integrations.
  • Work in a cross-functional team that collaborates closely with Product, QA, backend, mobile/desktop, cloud, and release/UAT partners.
  • Own features end-to-end: clarify requirements, design the technical approach, implement, test, support release, and verify production behavior.
  • Debug issues across the full stack, including frontend state, API contracts, backend services, event flows, logs, and third-party integrations.
  • Bring a security and product mindset to device-related experiences, including enrollment, device posture, access control, policy behavior, and edge cases.
  • Be proactive in suggesting pragmatic engineering improvements, architecture refinements, and best practices without overengineering.
  • Maintain AI-native working surfaces: tests, documentation, prompts, scripts, and configuration that allow AI agents to work effectively with the codebase.
  • Contribute to the team’s AI workflow improvements by creating and sharing skills, automation templates, prompts, and development best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 1+ year of React Native experience.
  • Production experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
  • Experience working with GraphQL APIs and typed frontend/backend contracts.
  • Good understanding of backend development concepts; NodeJS and NPM experience is a plus.
  • Strong debugging skills across frontend, API, backend, logs, and data/event flows.
  • Product mindset with the ability to reason through customer impact, edge cases, rollout risk, and operational behavior.
  • Security-minded engineering judgment, especially around identity, device state, access control, permissions, and auditability.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, architectural design, design patterns, and design anti-patterns.
  • Solid Computer Science background.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear technical plans.
  • Strong ownership: able to drive work from discovery through implementation, QA, release, and production follow-up.
  • Clear, direct communication and strong collaboration with QA, Product, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Active experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in daily development.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and ability to communicate tasks effectively to AI agents.
  • Experience with LLM-powered tools for code generation, code review, debugging, documentation, and test creation.
  • Willingness to work in an AI-first development paradigm where AI agents are a primary development tool.
  • Experience with Native iOS or Android development is a plus.
  • Experience with MCP and configuring AI agent environments is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
