What you’ll do

The Production Runner, Studio 99 - EMEA Spring (January - April) intern will work closely with our Production Executive, while supporting the production and development teams with any pre-production, production and development needs. The intern will coordinate production activities and support the overall production schedule. This role will work exclusively for our team that partner closely with a well-known professional in the football industry and so having knowledge and an interest in fashion and the sports (particularly football) industry will be key.

What you’ll be working on

  • Supporting the Studio 99 Production and Development teams as required 
  • Coordinate production activities 
  • General administration relating to past, current and future productions. 
  • Respond to any requests for research, maybe location searches, accommodation, travel booking etc 
  • Creating PowerPoint / KeyNote presentations as directed 
  • Selection, collection and return of clothing, props and accessories needed for shoots.  
  • Support the Production teams during active productions when needed; assist with any running needs including sourcing refreshments, whatever is needed for a smooth production 
  • Asset Management – assisting with the logging and maintaining S99 production assets 
  • Assisting in the set-up of team brainstorms and meetings, and helping the EA & Development Assistant with teas/coffees etc, 
  • Running general errands such as post office runs, lunch or coffee runs 
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time 

Must Haves

  • Undergraduate/graduate student - with a focus on English, Communications, or a related field 
  • Experience within a production or creative environment would be beneficial, but not required 
  • Able to work onsite in our London office
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion 
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively, calm and effective under pressure 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • MS Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel and Keynote proficiency
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Collaborative, team-player that able to thrive in a high-paced environment
