What You’ll Do 

The Senior Brand Coordinator role is primarily to support the team in the day-to-day management and delivery to our business partners, to ensure all activity is efficient, collaborative and seamless. Internal communication with the company executive assistants, in house creative, communications and social teams is also critical as this role will take a lead on logistical delivery across Partner activity.

The uniqueness of our relationships with these partners means that we are proactively and collaboratively building businesses with them, so brand experience or working within marketing, PR or digital is beneficial. This is not a talent management role but is about collaboration with the partners & internal stakeholders ensuring that all activity is executed efficiently.

Having a passion for excellence and a commitment to go over and above is essential and will allow you to grow within the role and the wider company.

  • Support the wider Brand Partnerships team on the fulfilment of commercial agreements; with a key role in planning, budgeting, scheduling and logistics management of all deliverables and ensuring effective lines of communication with all key internal and external parties
  • Logistics management: this is an essential deliverable for this role as partnership commitments may take the form of shoots, business meetings, media commitments or personal appearances; all of which will need intricate planning and logistics management day to day
  • Budget management and financial reconciliation: ensure accurate records are kept, budgets are approved and reconciled and timely payments are made
  • Relationship management: develop strong relationships with key brand partners, suppliers and internal teams, constantly striving for excellence and improvement of communication and service levels and importantly, adding value
  • Status Reports: ensure weekly status reports across all partners are kept updated and circulated as well as partnership contractual obligations are tracked.
  • Server management of assets / research across the brand partners and competitors
  • Diary management for calls & meetings with partners across the team as required

Must Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience with previous experience at a brand, event, rights holder or agency essential
  • Complete discretion, positive attitude, proactive approach
  • Attention to detail and common sense  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and professional language
  • Flexible mind-set regarding the requirements of the role; availability and accessibility
  • Proactive and ability to self-manage, multi-task & prioritise
  • Presentation / document development
