What You’ll Do

The Head of Marketing – APAC will oversee Lifestyle Brand Marketing, including content development, integrated marketing management, creative, and marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Regional President – APAC and EVP, Head of Greater China, you’ll be responsible for spearheading all brand marketing efforts supporting our Lifestyle portfolio brand properties in APAC. This role embraces strategic planning and execution, oversees brand building, and drives best-in-class support and enablement for our brand licensing partners within region. The Head of Marketing – APAC is also responsible for developing relationships with regional licensing partners to drive awareness of unique product and experiential launches in media, events, merchandise, and endorsements rooted in the annual brand plan. This role will liaise regularly with internal and external partners to ensure that marketing plans are on budget, goals are being met, and support sales and brand initiatives.

What you’ll be working on

  • Oversee the implementation, and performance of brand and marketing initiatives in support of each brand's vision and business goals in the region. Lead development and execution of local marketing strategies that tie to overall brand goals
  • Participate in country and/or region brand strategy planning; identify target consumer and retail audience; determine tiering needs; analyze consumer trends and market data, and identify brand growth opportunities
  • Lead, cultivate, facilitate best-in-class partner support and management, assuring the delivery of outstanding marketing services and support with in-market team members and partners that results in the best possible brand experience in region
  • Work with Business Development and Brand Management to achieve business growth goals in the region
  • Work closely with global marketing teams to receive and deliver to the partners seasonal assets (product & campaign imagery, VM, PR, Social etc.). Traffic partner requests through the appropriate internal process
  • Identify ongoing research needs by brand; manage research projects, present findings to key stakeholders, and make informed recommendations for action
  • Monitor and manage regional marketing spend and drive the creation of quarterly hind sighting presentations for all local marketing activities
  • Facilitate consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints (i.e: liaison with partners in region on social media scheduling and reporting)
  • Assist with the process of onboarding new licensing partners
  • Support global head of marketing in spearheading Regional Brand Summits that communicate the brand message to external partners

Must Haves:

  • Has at least 10 years of experience in brand lifestyle marketing and management
  • Expertise in the Fashion &Lifestyle sector, with broad experience in media, content, endorsements, social, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Lead digital and influencer campaign structure
  • A minimum of five years' experience planning and executing annual marketing budgets of USD 10M or more
  • Proven track record in creating and executing strategic brand and marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate across consumer touch points
  • Strong understanding of influencer and social media marketing
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
  • A confident, action-oriented mindset
  • Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance presentations and creative assets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
