What You’ll Do
The Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising will be responsible for site merchandising, catalog maintenance, and reporting product performance. The ideal candidate operates with autonomy, has high attention to detail, improves standard processes, and influences within a team environment. In a role that is both analytical and creative, you must be able to stay supremely organized while managing a high volume of assets and mastering new content tools.
What you’ll be working on
- Own and Optimize launching seasonal/monthly product deliveries on site which include, but are not limited to, product catalog set up, tagging, image uploads, and merchandising.
- Lead cross-functional site merchandising execution, overseeing sort/filter logic, feature placements, and promotional hierarchy to support brand storytelling and conversion across key landing and category pages.
- Drive Featured Shop strategy and execution, using inventory depth, product insights, and marketing calendars to shape high-impact merchandising moments that elevate product visibility and engagement.
- Oversee on-site search optimization, including synonym mapping, keyword refinement, and null result reduction strategies to ensure efficient discovery and better user experience.
- Manage QA and go-live operations for product launches, owning the end-to-end process from template creation to site publishing. Ensure accuracy of product data, attribution, imagery, and media assets across all SKUs.
- Proactively resolve on-site issues, collaborating with internal teams to diagnose and correct content or navigation errors quickly to preserve the user journey.
- Analyze site metrics in Google Analytics, Shopify, and Fast Simon to understand consumer behavior. Report on category and product performance and implement changes to site navigation.
- Work in Shopify, Fast Simon, Cymbio Plytix, and Tapcart platforms to launch basic product updates and daily site maintenance
- Assist in executing markdowns and promotions, and updating and maintaining the email marketing calendar
Must Haves:
- 2-4 years of e-commerce merchandising experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft excel and G-Suite
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn new programs
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external partners
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Primary Location Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
