What You’ll Do
The Fall 2025 (October - December) IT Support Intern will acquire hands-on experience supporting all technology within Authentic. We are seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This position will involve providing desktop support, participating in SharePoint development and maintenance, and handling technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the IT field.
What you’ll be working on
- Desktop Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, provide technical support to end-users, and ensure all desktop systems are running smoothly.
- SharePoint Development and Maintenance: Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system documentation, and process manuals to ensure clear and accurate records of all procedures.
Must Haves
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
- Available to work 3 weekdays per week.
- Able to work onsite in our NYC office.
- Basic understanding of desktop support principles and practices.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and its functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Primary Location Salary Range
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18.
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22.
