What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Paid Media Fall (October to December) Intern to assist in the execution and reporting of paid social, paid media, paid search, and affiliate marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver weekly campaign performance reports and work with our Meta representatives to resolve global Business Manager-related partner issues. The intern will gain foundational knowledge of paid social and learn how we assess ad campaign performance. They will receive hands-on training in Meta and TikTok Business Manager, as well as the basics of Google Analytics and Google Ads campaign setup. Additionally, they will learn how to extract and compile reports from these platforms and assist the team in delivering weekly paid social performance reports.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Provide daily support in the development, execution, and optimization of full-funnel paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Help writing ad copy for our seasonal campaigns.
- Assist in briefing creative needs for seasonal media buys.
- Coordinate with internal teams on social amplification cadences, influencer and campaign asset allocations for seasonal campaigns.
- Submit support tickets to Meta reps and Meta support to resolve global business manager related partner issues.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and create reports with actionable insights through paid platforms and Google Analytics across entertainment, lifestyle, and digital brands.
- Prepare post-campaign, monthly, and quarterly reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Must Haves:
- Currently enrolled university student studying Business. Marketing major is a plus.
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week.
- Able to work onsite in our New York City office.
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks.
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortability in a high-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail oriented
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
- Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks.
Primary Location Salary Range:
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York, NY, is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York, NY, is $22
