What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Operations 2025 Fall Intern (October - December) to support our Latin America (LATAM) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global brand operations and business processes. This internship will focus on learning how to review contracts, recap key terms and agreements, and track compliance across business partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about brand operations.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Review contracts and agreements, extracting key terms and obligations.
- Create concise summaries, charts, and recaps for internal use.
- Track partner compliance with contract terms and guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining organized records of agreements and compliance reports.
- Support the LATAM team on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Must Haves:
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to process complex information and translate it into clear summaries and structured outputs. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent written communication are essential for this role. Candidates should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools to create recaps. A strong interest in brand management, international business, and operations is preferred.
- Undergraduate or MBA candidate pursuing a degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process information accurately.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- In person role, based in the Miami, FL Office.
Primary Location Salary Range:
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in FL is $18.
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in FL is $22.
