What You’ll Do

The Authentic Luxury Group 2025 Fall (October – December) Intern will acquire hands-on experience in the world of Brand Management. The Brand Management - Lifestyle team drives the success of Authentic’s world-renowned business across the brands in the Authentic Luxury Group portfolio. As an intern on our team, you’ll support the Authentic Luxury Group (ALG) team in driving strategy across the luxury licensing portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic thinker who is passionate about brand development, luxury, and innovation. The Intern will gain exposure to all aspects of luxury brand management, including strategy, finance, marketing, creative, and AI-driven innovation.

 

What you’ll be working on 

  • Brand Strategy Support
    • Assist in the development of brand strategies across ALG’s licensing portfolio.
    • Contribute research and insights to support decision-making on market opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Brand Materials Development
    • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to create brand decks, toolkits, and other materials.
  • Innovation & AI Enablement
    • Partner with the EVP to explore and utilize Authentic AI and other AI tools to streamline strategy, ideation, and operational processes.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships
    • Support the development of collaboration strategies across ALG brands.
    • Partner with internal brand teams to identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities.

 

Must Haves

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, or related field).
  • Available to work up to 20 hours per week.
  • Able to work onsite 2-3 in our NYC office.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Go-getter who is eager to take initiative and contribute hands-on support.
  • Thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity or strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies. Passion for the luxury sector, brand management, and strategic growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Primary Location Salary Range

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18.
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22.
