What You’ll Do
As a PR & Corporate Communications Coordinator at Authentic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global storytelling and strategic communications initiatives. This position is central to enhancing our company’s reputation, brand presence, and executive visibility across a dynamic portfolio.
You will ensure seamless coordination across internal and external platforms, working closely with the PR & Communications team on key areas including media relations, executive communications, corporate events. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is also a strong writer, a creative thinker, and an adept multitasker.
This role is ideal for a driven individual eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to high-level PR strategy within a fast-paced environment. It offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills while making a tangible impact on our global brand narrative.
What you’ll be working on
Social Media Operation
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content on WeChat, Weibo, RED, and LinkedIn, in alignment with global happenings and regional trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with APAC social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure best-in-class execution.
Media Relation
- Write compelling media pitches that highlight corporate narratives and thought leadership.
- Draft press releases and executive talking points for media interviews,
- Create briefing notes and preparation materials for panels and speaking engagements.
- Track Authentic’s press mentions and industry trends daily using Meltwater, analyzing coverage and insights to refine media strategies.
- Create PR recaps to measure the impact of corporate news and identify areas for further media amplification.
- Maintain corporate media lists to support targeted media outreach and relationship-building with key journalists.
- Conduct media research to support key press strategies and reputation management, ensuring the company proactively navigates media trends, potential risks, and opportunities to strengthen its presence.
Event Coordination
- Act as a key liaison to facilitate clear and timely communication both internally (across departments) and externally (with vendors, venues, and guests), ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.
- Assist with on-site event setup, vendor coordination, guest reception, and troubleshooting to ensure events run smoothly according to plan.
- Be responsible for the procurement of event supplies, logistics arrangements, and the management and distribution of materials on-site.
- Assist with post-event wrap-up activities, including inventory reconciliation, expense settlement, organization of photo/video assets.
Gifting Coordination
- Collaborate with partners to ensure the on-time deliverables of free units per gifting programs’ needs.
- Support gift deliveries, including packing, shipping, tracking and key communications to ensure smooth execution of corporate gifting programs.
Cross-Team Alignment
- Serve as a point of coordination across brand development team, brand management team, marketing team and other corporate departments to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Support internal communication flow to foster collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.
- Partner with the legal team and finance team traffic Pos, service agreement and accountable payment process.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proved record in public relations and communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in written English at a professional working level
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with digital content management tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative on projects.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all professional levels
