What You’ll Do

The Talent & Influencer Marketing Summer (June - August) Intern will support the Talent & Influencer Marketing team in executing creator partnerships and talent-driven marketing initiatives across Authentic Brands Group’s portfolio of global brands. This role exists to help streamline influencer campaign execution, talent research, and partnership coordination while ensuring campaigns are organized, data-informed, and executed efficiently.

The intern will assist in identifying emerging talent, managing influencer communications, tracking campaign deliverables, and supporting internal reporting. This role will provide hands-on exposure to talent negotiations, brand partnerships, and influencer marketing strategy within a fast-paced global brand management environment.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Talent & Influencer Marketing and works cross-functionally with brand marketing, PR, social media, and external talent teams.

Expected outcomes include organized campaign workflows, timely tracking of deliverables, actionable influencer research, and operational support that enables the team to efficiently scale talent partnerships.

What you’ll be working on

Talent & Influencer Research

  • Research and identify emerging creators, influencers, athletes, and cultural talent aligned with brand campaigns and target audiences
  • Track social trends, viral creators, and platform shifts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Build and maintain talent shortlists for brand campaigns and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor competitor influencer activations and provide insights to the team

Campaign & Partnership Support

  • Assist with the execution of influencer and talent partnerships across multiple ABG brands
  • Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals between talent teams, agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Track influencer content deliverables and ensure assets are received on time
  • Support product seeding and gifting initiatives for creators and talent

Campaign Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, and earned media value
  • Assist in compiling post-campaign reports and presentations
  • Maintain internal tracking documents for influencer partnerships and usage rights
  • Help monitor social sentiment and brand engagement around talent activations

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with contract tracking, talent usage rights documentation, and campaign budgets
  • Maintain organized internal databases of creators, agents, and partnership history
  • Assist in preparing internal presentations, decks, and marketing materials

Must Haves:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, entertainment, and pop culture
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable conducting talent research and analyzing social media data
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work from the New York office

 

Primary Location Salary Range

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18.
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22.
